Our home inspector was Brett and he was fantastic! He was prompt, professional, and brought a critical eye to find issues and concerns we had honestly never seen. Walked us through recommendations. Most surprising was a thermal scan revealed we didn't have proper insulation... not that this would be a problem in Texas in a heat wave :/. Highly recommend. Thanks Brett!
