First, I emailed on a Monday afternoon and received a call shortly after and had an appointment that Wednesday. I didn’t think it would be possible to get an appointment on such short notice but they made it work!
He was on time, professional, cleanly, and thorough in both his inspection as well as his written report. He was very patient in answering all of my questions to high degree of fidelity. It was obvious he was experienced and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend him and would most definitely hire him again.
The inspection itself was very thorough and he took plenty of time to go over his findings until I fully understood everything including what was a priority and what wasn’t.
He was very responsive via email, and he called to discuss details. During the inspection, he let me know about various things that are unique to landlords, which was very helpful. It turns out we use the same structural engineer, which made me even more comfortable with him. He provided a detailed report very quickly, and he was available and willing to answer questions I had about it.
Pleasant experience. I was able to ask any questions that I was curious about.
