He served as director of Collaborative Technology at the Public Broadcasting Service (PBS), and has also worked in a number of organizations serving the role of management consultant, systems engineer, process improvement specialist and agile project manager.

Lisa Larson has over 15 years of experience in the real estate information industries. Lisa has a successful proven track record in Business Development with extensive product and content development experience in the online Real Estate Technology industry. She has worked with such organizations as Advance Publication, AOL, AT&T, BellSouth, Classified Ventures, Earthlink, FoxNews, Google, Hawaii Information Service, MGM, MOVE, MRIS, PEPSICO, PRIMEDIA, RealtyTrac, Trulia and Verizon. Lisa possesses an innate ability to identify revenue generating partnership opportunities with large strategic e-commerce and portal companies. Lisa has developed and managed several groundbreaking, successful new product initiatives.

Scott Woolsey has worked as a creative director and marketing communications specialist for over 35 years. He has a demonstrated ability to interpret corporate business strategies and market dynamics to solve complex marketing and branding challenges. Perhaps most notable is Scott's development of the "Intel Inside" brand strategy for Intel Corporation, a campaign that was lauded by The Wall Street Journal and was awarded “Marketing Campaign of the Decade” by Advertising Age magazine. Scott's work has also been profiled in Communication Arts, Graphis, US Ad Review, Adweek, Harvard Business Review, The New York Times, and Marketing Computers.

Debra Jennings has been a writer and editor for more than 20 years, including marketing, innovation, technology, healthcare, travel and entertainment. For the past eight years she has served as a social media consultant for B2B and B2C companies. Her background also includes IT support and consulting and software product management.

Anthony Azar

Anthony Azar is president and co-owner of regional Keller Williams offices in southern Arizona and Catalina Title Agency with a proven track record of building successful businesses and strategic partnerships. Over the most recent decade, Anthony’s focus has been on integrated real estate services – real estate brokerage, mortgage lending, title insurance, property/casualty insurance and home warranty. Anthony also served on the Advisory board of Trulia and the Leadership team of Keller Williams International.

Gregg has worked for organizations such as REDI/Multi-List, the National Association of Realtors (NAR), DATOR, and Moore Data Management Services.. In 1996, he co-founded Clareity Consulting, an internationally recognized real estate management information technology consulting firm. He has consulted for many of the nation’s largest online companies including AOL, MSN, MapQuest, Classified Ventures/Tribune Companies and Homestore.com on real estate strategy and content acquisition. Gregg has also provided technology, new product, organizational and strategic consulting to many of the nation’s largest brokerages, franchisers, title companies, lenders, information providers, regional MLSs, and MLS vendors. Gregg has spoken at numerous industry events and been named to the Inman 100 – the 100 Most Influential Real Estate Leaders – in 2014 and several other times over the past few years.

Prior to co-founding Capital Z, Robert was the managing partner and co-founder of Insurance Partners, L.P. Partners, L.P. He also was president and CEO of International Insurance Advisors, Inc., the management company of International Insurance Investors, L.P. Prior to joining, Robert was a director of Investment Banking at Salomon Brothers with responsibility for corporate finance relationships with the insurance industry. He currently serves as a director of several portfolio companies and has previously served on many public and private company boards.

Perry Shelman

Perry Shelman is Managing Partner and CEO of White Birch Capital Partners. White Birch Capital is a Venture/Angel Fund specializing in small and medium size growth companies. Previously, Perry was CEO and Managing Partner of Stream57, a leading streaming solutions company acquired by InterCall (West Corporation) in December 2009. Marjon Ghasemi

Marjon Ghasemi is vice president of corporate development for CoreLogic. She is responsible for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and strategic investments at CoreLogic. Prior to joining CoreLogic, Marjon was an associate attorney at the Los Angeles office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. In this capacity, she worked on corporate transactions and reorganizations. Earlier in her career, Marjon was an adjunct professor of law at Western State University, College of Law, teaching Mergers & Acquisitions. She also previously served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Thomas B. Donovan, Central District of California. Marjon holds a J.D. from the University of Southern California and a B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.

David Hayes

David Hayes is vice president and treasurer for CoreLogic. In this role he oversees the corporate treasury function for the company, and is responsible for supervising cash management and forecasting, short-term investing and public and private debt negotiation and maintenance. He also establishes and builds relationships with fixed income investors, banks and rating agencies. David joined CoreLogic in 2009 with a robust finance background in treasury operations and financial planning and analysis. Prior to that, he served in a variety of leadership roles for Prospect Mortgage, LLC and Indymac Bank within senior consumer banking, enterprise risk management, finance and treasury divisions. David holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Santa Clara University and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
